We believe in one God, neither male nor female, but the creator and lover of all, who graciously forgives us and calls us into communion with God and each other.

We believe that all women and men are created in the image of God - equal but different - and are called to use their gifts in the service of God and all creation.

We dream of a world where all men and women can fulfil their God-given potential, freed from violence, domination and discrimination that oppresses them and denies God's all-embracing way of love.

We pray for the transformation of those gender roles that keep women and men captive and that restrict their work for God's kingdom. We pray that women will have their voices heard in all spheres of life.

We call on the member churches of the World Alliance of Reformed Churches in the Pacific to affirm that both men and women, by the grace of God, can be called to lead the church in both lay and ordained ministries.

We declare that God frees us to take risks for change and growth and continues to be revealed in new ways in our lives and in our cultures.
